2. Self pay - to cover the doctor's visit if we do not accept your insurance. All meds/labs/imaging can be processed through your insurance. Competitive self pay rates are as follows:

- Follow up $130
3. Direct primary care (DPC) membership - affordable monthly concierge membership option. No insurance necessary!

DPC is an agreement you make directly with me (your doctor), and it does not use insurance claims. DPC practices are based on the trust relationship between a physician and family, rather than insurance company rules.
But what if I have insurance? Great question! An analogy is that you have car insurance, but you don’t use it for routine oil changes or at the pump. Instead, you pay directly for those things and save the insurance for more emergency situations like accidents or major repairs. Use your DPC membership and enjoy the same prompt direct service! You may still utilize your insurance for labs, imaging studies, medications, specialist care visits.
